Inland Technology Log A Service Call

If you are a current Inland Technology Managed Print Services client, you can log a service call here.


For repairs to devices product that do not have an Inland Technology equipment ID, please contact your nearest Inland Technology branch. Service calls for these products cannot be logged through this page.


 

  • Log a Call If you're experiencing problems with your printer and are a current Inland Technology Managed Print Services client, you can log a service call here.
  • Replace Consumables Prevent print quality issues by replacing the ink cartridges when they are low or out of ink.
  • Drivers and Downloads Printing problems can be caused by incompatible printer drivers. Find the latest drivers for you printer here.
  • Recycling and Disposal Our staff will happily collect any used cartridges when we visit your businesses, and you are welcome to deposit any used cartridges in the Collection Boxes at our branches
  • Troubleshooting Troubleshooting your printer problems can be a fast and effective way of getting your printer back online.
  • Meter Reads Submit your meter reading each month to ensure smooth billing, continuous service, consumables ordering, device performance reporting and avoid disruption to your printing services
